About the Workshop
Join us for a weekend of discovery as we explore research-based and biblical ways to strengthen and/or repair our most intimate relationship…our life long partnership and/or our life-long parenting partnership!
What We’ll Explore
- Connecting as a couple to feel secure, seen and soothed in the marriage/family
- Understanding biblical foundations to deepen friendship in the marriage
- Learning how to communicate more effectively and productively
- Uncovering the reasons couples get stuck and how to get unstuck
- Practicing skills to manage conflict in ways that deepen connection vs. fueling disconnection
- Finding ways to express needs that can be received well
- Working through repair when things go sideways
- Managing the 7 “hot button” topics in marriage/family
- Building a spiritual legacy
Who Should Attend
For couples in any stage of relationship (dating, engaged, married, separated, or co-parenting through divorce). Whether you are looking to enhance an already great relationship, wanting some pre-marital support, needing something new, feeling stuck or in crisis, or just wanting to learn to co-parent for your kids, you’ll find tools/strategies and more understanding about how to have a great relationship here! And….these strategies work in your other relationships as well (parenting, family, co-workers, etc.).
